Our Mission:The Character Collective is a brand new group dedicated to producing characters that fit the needs of writers, graphic novelists, and other creative types.
Joining the Collective:
Artists
Send a note titled "join". You will be added to our memberlist, watching is not necessary, but you may if you so choose.

Writers
Joining is not necessary to apply for a character. If you choose to join in order to find more than one character, send a note titled "writer join" and add the Character Collective to your watch.
Adding charactersARTISTS ONLY Send a note titled "Character submission" with the url of an image of the character. It will be uploaded and credited.
CONTESTS






Applying for charactersFill out an application (
[link]) and send it in a note titled "Application". The application will then be sent to the creator of the character for review and judging.
Requesting charactersIf you want a character from your story to be drawn, we will put up the specifications of that character in a journal. All of our artists will be able to work on the character in a contest-like setting, and at the end, all entries will be sent to the creator to judge. Requests do have a price though. The price of a subscription of whatever length.
